The Peninsula II was a luxury property in distress when the developer stepped in and acquired it. The property had been completed and was 50% sold by the time it changed hands. The new owner turned to Creative Mindworks to help sell the rest of the units. We developed a strategic marketing plan, brand identity and sales collateral that quickly got the property moving again. Sales continued and the property was soon 100% sold according to plan, thanks in part to the real estate marketing experience of Creative Mindworks.
